Kaitlyn has a daughter, 2 dogs, and 1 cat. She grew up around animals and loves working with them.

Sierra joined the Banfield team in 2024. She has several pets: 9 cats, 2 lizards, 1 snake, 1 dog, and a lot of fish.

Michelle currently resides in Durham with her husband and their numerous Disney-named pets.
